Our Client acquired a portfolio of 5 residential units in Westminster and our brief was to modernise them by creating open plan entertaining spaces and maximising potential.
All units underwent full interior refurbishment and layout reconfiguration adhering to strict budgets and timeframes, respecting its surroundings as integrated in typical terraced houses and mansions blocks.
The apartments feature made to measure joinery, including kitchens and fitted wardrobes, bespoke metal – oak stair balustrades and fully tiled bathrooms and engineered oak herringbone floors throughout, making these properties stand out in the buy-to-let market.
